BSC Glasgow CIC are a community interest company. It is set up to run our Senior Women’s and Men’s teams. It will be 100% owned by us, the Supporters with one vote per person. This means that all money raised will go back into the running of the Club. No shareholders will receive dividends and any profits made will be retained by the Club to reinvest in the Teams and BSC grassroots sport.
A share will cost £100. (This will also entitle the Owner to entry to all home games)
Notes: By purchasing a share you will have a right to vote to elect two board members. You will have the right to participate in discussing and choosing the future direction of the Club.
Voting rights and additional owner benefits will last for 12 months. Thereafter to continue with these rights after the first year will require the payment of an annual subscription. This will be set at £100, going forward the amount will be set at each year’s AGM
Owners will also be involved in discussing and choosing the future direction of the Club. It’s our Club and these are our teams.
