BSC Glasgow Returns Policy
For all return enquires please email In the first instance mail@bscglasgow.co.uk.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you wish to return and the reason for the return when you contact us.
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 28 days.
Please note the club cannot be held liable for orders not received due to incorrect information being submitted, such as invalid address details.
Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty. Please note the delivery fee is non-refundable.
All orders can be returned to Club shop, just take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the shop team will be happy to assist you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us, along with your receipt within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customized printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalized shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As BSC Glasgow cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer. As soon as your return has been received and checked by our shop team, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items please contact mail@bscglasgow.co.uk and we’ll help you out.
